#69 “Kill yourself, Kill yourself” and HE DID…

Michelle Carter didn't physically kill her boyfriend but she is being held accountable by a Massachusetts judge. Bristol County Juvenile Court Judge Lawrence Moniz delivered his ruling, guilty of involuntary manslaughter after placing her boyfriend Conrad Roy III in a situation that led the young man to commit suicide. The judge could sentence Michelle Carter to 20 years in prison. I mean, you’re about to die.” If this appears to be more of a mental issue than a criminal one - shouldn’t Michelle be examined by a psychologist before being sentenced to prison? Where is the personal responsibility of her boyfriend in this case? Does text messages and phone calls interfere with a person’s free will? Doesn’t this case violate ‘free speech’? Will Judge Ava Armstrong and Judge Helene Philipsen find her guilty as charged? Judge Out Loud may surprise you with his verdict...
