Much of the focus has been on a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million illegal immigrants living in the U.S. Senator Marco Rubio says it is not amnesty - however many disagree with the Senator. The bigger issue that could kill the bill in the House is ‘Border Security.’ Could this be the bill that would update the U.S. visa system and achieve the broadest immigration reforms since 1986?
